Ink Jet Cartridges and Cell Phones---Stop by O'Fallon City Hall, O'Fallon Public Library, O'Fallon Public Safety Facility, First Bank, Bank of O'Fallon, or Hart Food and Drug to pick up a recycling bag. Each bag is postage pre-paid and has a bar code on the back. Simply insert your cartridge or cell phone into the bag, seal it, and drop it in the mail. Waste Management recycles the item and shares 65% of the proceeds with the City of O'Fallon. Proceeds to be used for other recycle programs in the future. More items may be added at a later date.
